Job summary

Crypto Finance Group in Zurich is seeking a Strategy & Projects Intern to join our team. The starting date is January 11, 2027 at our office on the 24th floor of the Prime Tower in Zurich.

This internship is offered as a fixed-term assignment for a period of three to six months. You will contribute to process mapping, support project portfolio control, and assist in facilitating sprints and capacity management for Development teams, while collaborating across departments in a fast-paced

We are currently looking for a Strategy & Projects Intern to join our team. The starting date is January 11, 2027 at our office on the 24th floor of the Prime Tower in Zurich. This internship is offered as a fixed-term assignment for a period of three to six months.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to process mapping and the implementation of best practices across the organization


• Provide support in project portfolio control, including planning and managing projects (scoping, milestones, deliverables, steering, etc.), as well as hands-on support for selected action items within projects


• Provide support for facilitation of sprints and capacity management of Development teams

• Completed vocational training or currently studying


• Strong results orientation, leveraging project management skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset to guide cross-departmental efforts


• Exceptional problem-solving skills, with an ability to structure ambiguous questions, thoughtfully prioritise efforts, and efficiently drive towards clear recommendations
