Job summary

MCI Switzerland is seeking a Marketing & Communications Intern to support brand development for MCI Switzerland, Ovation Switzerland and Black Flower Agency. You will work in an international, creative team on digital marketing, social media and events in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include content creation, campaign support, event participation and multimedia design. Fluency in French and English is required; prior internship experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Internship agreement required as part of your study program.
• Higher education in Marketing, Communications or Digital Marketing (Bachelor or Master).
• Successful initial internship in marketing or communications.
• Fluent in French and English (C1); German is an advantage.
• Good proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, PowerPoint and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the creation and implementation of communications and social media strategies.
• Develop marketing, influencer, digital and growth campaigns (internal & external).
• Design, write and publish content materials (posts, videos, newsletters, articles).
• Participate in internal, local and international events.
• Create visual and audiovisual content for communication, social media and events.
• Monitor marketing trends, analyze benchmarks and identify new opportunities.
• Support cross-functional projects, proposals and events.
• Use AI tools to support and improve marketing processes.

MCI Switzerland is looking for a Marketing & Communications Intern to help raise the profile of its different brands: MCI Switzerland, Ovation Switzerland and Black Flower Agency.

In an international, creative and dynamic environment, you will contribute to a variety of projects involving digital marketing, communications, social media and brand development.

What you’ll do

• Contribute to the creation and implementation of communications and social media strategies.


• Take part to develop marketing, influence, digital and growth campaigns (internal & external).


• Design, write and publish content material (posts, videos, newsletters, articles, etc.).


• Participate to internal, local and international events.


• Create visual and audiovisual content material for communication, social media and during events.


• Monitor marketing trends, analyze industry benchmarks and identify new communications opportunities.


• Contribute to cross-functional projects, presentations, commercial proposals and events.


• Use artificial intelligence tools to support and improve marketing processes.

What we’re looking for

• An internship agreement is mandatory and must form an integral part of your course of study (optional internships are not accepted).


• Higher Education in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Digital Marketing or a similar field (Bachelor or Master)


• Successful initial internship experience in marketing or communications.


• Fluent in French and English (C1); German is an advantage.


• Good proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, PowerPoint and AI tools.


• Creative, organised and independent, with excellent communications skills.
