Nord-Lock Group is seeking a Project Engineer in Switzerland to design customer-specific bolting solutions and manage complex inquiries. You will ensure technical feasibility and support our global teams and customers.

The role requires mechanical engineering expertise, 3D CAD proficiency, and strong German and English communication. Join a global team delivering advanced bolting technologies and engineering support.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a comparable technical qualification.
• Experience in mechanical design and engineering calculations.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD systems.
• Knowledge of relevant engineering standards and technical regulations.
• Very good command of German and English.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Structured and independent working approach.

Responsibilities

• Develop and engineer customer-specific bolting and preload solutions
• Provide technical advice and support to our international customers and sales organizations
• Create and review technical drawings, engineering calculations, and documentation
• Plan, conduct, and evaluate laboratory tests
• Contribute to research and development projects aimed at continuously improving our products and solutions
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Production, Quality Assurance, and international engineering teams
• Provide technical support during customer visits, technical meetings, and presentations
