Zusammenfassung

BioTalent in Switzerland is seeking a Project Engineer / Technical Project Lead to translate requirements into engineering solutions and coordinate multidisciplinary activities across projects. You will review and approve critical documentation and develop P&IDs to ensure project milestones are met.

Role requires GMP experience, hands-on process equipment knowledge, and strong collaboration with vendors and stakeholders to drive successful outcomes in a regulated environment.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years in project engineering or project management.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or chemical industries.
• Hands-on experience with process equipment in GMP environments.
• Proven ability to deliver engineering projects.

Aufgaben

• Translate user requirements into technical engineering solutions.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering activities across projects.
• Review and approve engineering documentation (URS, FS, TS, design specs, FAT/SAT, validation reports).
• Develop and review P&IDs (from design to final status).
• Support P&ID walkdowns, mechanical completion, and punch list closure.
• Ensure compliance with the client's standards and GMP regulations.
• Support commissioning, qualification, and validation activities.
• Manage external vendors, contractors, and equipment suppliers.
• Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Drive project execution and ensure delivery of technical milestones.
