Our client is seeking a Project Engineer to plan and execute investment and process improvement projects in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical environment. The role emphasizes technical project management, concept development, and cross-functional coordination to deliver timely results.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering and have 5–10 years of industry experience, with fluency in German and English to effectively communicate with stakeholders across functions.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry within a GMP-regulated environment.

Responsibilities

Technical Project Management (60%)

• Planning and realization of small to medium-sized investment projects with direct impact on production and business results
• Process engineering calculations and plant optimization activities
• Feasibility studies for new installations and modifications of existing facilities, including cost estimation, scheduling, and functionality assessments
• Support production adjustments and product launches
• Development of technical concepts and project solutions

Concept Development (20%)

• Evaluate and compare technical solutions
• Assess advantages, disadvantages, risks, and implementation feasibility

Team Coordination & Resource Management (10%)

• Coordinate internal and external resources
• Ensure professional and timely project execution

Process Optimization & Knowledge Transfer (10%)

• Identify process improvement opportunities
