Nestlé S.A. at Nestlé Research is seeking a Proficiency Testing Coordinator to plan, coordinate and manage internal proficiency tests from design to reporting, while supporting external schemes and delivering reliable insights for continuous improvement.

You will collaborate with R&D teams, laboratories, and external providers to strengthen quality systems, deliver data-driven reports, and drive digital tool enhancements in a global food and beverage context.

Qualifikationen

• Chemistry background with a CFC or bachelor’s degree and at least three years of hands-on laboratory experience.
• Experience or strong interest in quality assurance, proficiency testing, and laboratory quality systems.
• Good laboratory practices, statistical methods, and accredited quality requirements to support compliance and continuous improvement.
• Collaborative, service-oriented mindset with clear communication and strong organizational skills.
• Fluent English for internal and external stakeholder communication.

Aufgaben

• Coordinating internal proficiency testing schemes to deliver reliable, comparable analytical results.
• Managing the full testing cycle from design and sample coordination to data evaluation and reporting.
• Partnering with internal experts and external providers to ensure smooth delivery of schemes.
• Strengthening quality and compliance by supporting accredited processes and continuous improvement actions.
• Delivering consolidated reports and insights to support management decisions and program performance.
• Supporting digital tools and users by following up on improvements and issue resolution.
