Job summary

Nestlé Research is seeking a Proficiency Testing Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and manage internal proficiency tests from design to final reporting. You will work closely with R&D teams, quality experts, laboratories, factories, technology partners, and external proficiency testing providers to deliver reliable insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Chemistry background with 3+ years of hands-on laboratory experience.
• Experience with quality assurance and proficiency testing.
• Knowledge of good laboratory practices and accredited quality systems.
• Fluent in English for collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal proficiency testing schemes from design to reporting.
• Manage the full testing cycle including data evaluation and stakeholder communication.
• Collaborate with internal experts and external providers to deliver testing programs.
• Support accreditation processes and drive continuous improvement actions.
• Deliver consolidated reports and insights for management decisions.
