Base pay range

CHF95,000.00/yr - CHF120,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Planning and implementing IT projects for corporate clients, including cloud transformations with Microsoft Azure and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), and technical solution design for Microsoft 365 projects.
• Maintaining, developing, and documenting complex network and ICT infrastructures, focusing on systems like Fortinet and UniFi.
• Conducting IT security assessments onsite and remotely to ensure high security standards.
• Supporting the sales team with pre-sales activities and strategizing new technology adoption to promote business growth.
• Providing technical support and troubleshooting within incident and problem management processes to ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Education as an IT specialist EFZ or technical profession with further training, complemented by several years of experience in ICT.
• Strong knowledge of server and client environments (Windows/Linux), especially in virtualized infrastructures, with expertise in Microsoft Azure, MS365, MS Teams, and PowerShell.
• Solid networking skills focusing on Fortinet and UniFi systems, with experience in 2nd & 3rd level support and systematic problem solving.
• Proficient in German and good English skills for effective communication.
• Strong conceptual and networked thinking skills, with a team-oriented working style for managing complex tasks and projects.
