IT Business Process Owner - Commercial B2B

We are seeking an IT Business Process Owner with expertise in the Commercial B2B (Wholesale) sector, including EDI. The role involves owning the solutions (TechStack) and process area, and driving continuous improvement.

  1. Responsibilities:
  2. Ownership of the business process area: Commercial B2B (Wholesale), including EDI, and driving solutions and processes forward.
  3. Collaborate proactively with business and product owners to analyze, design, and plan requirements; develop potential solutions for business needs or problems.
  4. Identify opportunities for customer-centric process improvements and be responsible for end-to-end process management.
  5. Define the value of improvements and adaptations, measure the success of implementations.
  6. Coordinate external development suppliers to design scalable and reliable technical solutions that meet business requirements.
  7. Manage quality, security, and reliability of solutions and end-to-end business processes, including monitoring, testing, and release management.
  8. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth integration of new digital solutions into existing architecture.
Qualifications:
  1. Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or Process Management (university, applied sciences, bachelor or equivalent).
  2. Relevant professional experience in the Commercial B2B business process area.
  3. Solid experience in project management, requirement engineering, or process modeling.
  4. IT Knowledge: MS Dynamics 365 (F&O, CE, Power Platform), Middleware & integration solutions (e.g., Lobster, API Management), Cloud Platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), EDI platforms and technologies, B2B/DST platforms.
