Wingtra AG, a robotics scale-up in Zürich, seeks an experienced software engineer to productionize AI prototypes, own the infrastructure, and secure partner-facing software. You will integrate data across tools and departments, own code quality, and manage rollout processes with the GTM team.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years full-stack experience with a production customer-facing web app
• Proficient in TypeScript, Next.js, and PostgreSQL
• AI-native mindset; able to review, harden and own code not written by you
• Security-literate with authn/authz, multi-tenant scoping and data protection basics
• Integration-heavy: CRM/ERP APIs, webhooks, and data reconciliation
• Product Management experience; able to work with product management best practices
• Writes decisions down and communicates clearly, owns the delivery of work

Aufgaben

• Productionize prototypes by adding authentication, access scoping, tests, monitoring and documentation
• Own the infrastructure: hosting, environments, CI/CD, secrets, backups and releases
• Own security for partner-facing software and data handling
• Own the code: repositories, reviews, feature flags, and shipping readiness
• Run rollouts: staged releases, pilots, rollback plans with GTM team coordination
• Build an integrated data landscape across tools and departments
• Co-own the context infrastructure used by GTM, Sales, CSM and other agents
• Contribute to the AI engineering practice and shape the future of coding at Wingtra
