We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join our Operations Team in Zurich. The main role of the ME is to support manufacturing with technical expertise, resolve issues, and ensure quality products are delivered on schedule.

What we are looking for:
  • A master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Physics
  • Advanced knowledge in Mechanical Assemblies, Mechatronics, and Metrology
  • Ability to use structured problem-solving methodologies

Advantages include knowledge of nanoindentation, atomic force microscopy, vacuum systems, or electron microscopy, experience with ERP/MRP systems, and project management skills.

Key responsibilities:
  • Support manufacturing with technical expertise to ensure quality and timeliness
  • Review and improve manufacturing processes
  • Implement effective NPI and engineering changes, ensuring process repeatability
  • Create and maintain manufacturing documentation
  • Develop inspection checklists, test protocols, and quality documents
  • Become a process expert, share knowledge, and train colleagues
