Responsibilities

• Develop and implement process improvement initiatives.
• Identify and troubleshoot process breakdowns and inefficiencies.
• Monitor and analyze process performance, quality, and output.
• Provide support and guidance to production staff.
• Manage and monitor production resources and equipment.

Requirements

• Technical degree related to mechanics, electrical engineering, automation, management, or similar.
• Prior experience appreciated.
• Fluency in French and English is mandatory.
