Job summary

BoF Careers in Zürich is seeking a Production Coordinator to support VETEMENTS across RTW, Shoes, and Accessories. You will manage supplier relationships, production timelines and drive process improvements to boost efficiency.

This on-site role requires fluent English and Italian, a professional education, and 3–5 years of relevant experience. The position is based at our HQ in Zurich with no remote work option.

Responsibilities

• Oversee supplier relationships to ensure delivery, quality and margin targets are met.
• Collaborate with manufacturers and manage production timelines.
• Review and implement new processes to improve organization and communication.
• Ensure costing and margin targets are met across the department each season.
• Extract production orders from internal system and maintain weekly delivery docs with 100% QC.
• Source new suppliers offering competitive pricing and quality in line with margins and volumes.

Your main responsibilities as Production Coordinator RTW / SHOES / ACCS:

• Oversee supplier relationships to ensure all suppliers meet and maintain delivery, quality and margin expectations. Communicate with them regularly to clarify all priorities and technical details.
• Work closely with manufacturers, manage production timelines.
• Constantly review and implement new processes and structures to improve organization, communication and effectiveness.
• Ensure that costing and margin targets are met across the department each season.
• Extract Production orders from internal system.
• Update Production deliveries docs weekly, scheduling 100% QC.
• Ongoing assessment of existing supplier base and sourcing of new suppliers that offer competitive pricing, good quality product in line with margin requirements and order volumes.

Additional Responsibilities

• Set quality standards for suppliers and internal quality standards
• Ensure all admin, invoices & reporting are kept up to date
• Conduct costing on all levels from development to production
