Job summary

D ONE, a premium consultancy in data, AI, and transformation, is seeking a data‑driven AI consultant based in Zurich. You will advise clients on production‑grade AI solutions, from generative AI applications to ML use cases, translating business problems into robust architectures and delivering end-to-end implementations on platforms like Databricks or Azure.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; MSc/PhD preferred.
3+ years of experience in software engineering, ML engineering or data science with at least one production ML/AI solution.
Hands-on experience building LLM-based applications (RAG, agents, prompts) and evaluating them.
Strong Python and software engineering fundamentals; solid SQL.
Excellent English communication; German preferred.
Familiarity with MLOps/LLMOps and responsible AI principles.

Responsibilities

Advise clients on design and implementation of production-grade AI solutions.
Design and implement AI solutions like RAG systems and AI agents with client teams.
Set up evaluation, monitoring, and guardrails for reliability and safety.
Integrate AI solutions into existing data platforms and processes.
Contribute to data and AI initiatives across cloud architecture and governance.
Communicate recommendations and results to senior stakeholders.
