• Integrate new manufacturing processes, technologies and equipment.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and industrial innovation programs.
• Assess and implement new manufacturing technologies and equipment.
• Monitor technological developments and propose quality and productivity improvements.

To strengthen our technical team and support the development and industrialization of new products and manufacturing processes, we are looking for a Product & Process Technical Manager (80-100%) on a permanent contract for our site in Lengnau.

YOUR MISSION

At the heart of our technical and industrial activities, you will play a key role in the development, industrialization, and production launch of new products and equipment. You will ensure technical feasibility, product quality, and process repeatability throughout the manufacturing process.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and industrialize new products, from requirements definition through to production launch.
• Define and optimize manufacturing processes, production routings, tooling, and equipment.
• Program CAM software and optimize CNC machining processes.
