Responsibilities

• Develop and industrialize new products from requirements through to production launch.
• Define and optimize manufacturing processes, production routings, tooling, and equipment.
• Program CAM software and optimize CNC machining processes.
• Prepare and update work instructions with technical specialists.
• Manage technical projects and coordinate activities across departments.
• Integrate new manufacturing processes, technologies and equipment.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and industrial innovation programs.
• Assess and implement new manufacturing technologies and equipment.
• Monitor technological developments and propose quality and productivity improvements.
