Job Description:

For our client, a company in the insurance industry based in Bern, we are looking for a Product Owner Sales Process for a permanent role.

Your responsibilities:

1. Responsibility for the maintenance, prioritization and implementation of the product backlog and the product roadmap for the sales process
2. Close cooperation with the stakeholders from the field, the Lean Portfolio as well as the Solution Owner & Solution Architect within the Solution
3. Managing the technical implementation together with the internal Scrum team (DevOps), suppliers and other product teams
4. Participation and moderation of Scrum events (including PI Planning, Sprint Planning and Review)
5. Completed higher education in the field of (business) informatics
6. At least three years of practical experience as a product owner in an agile environment using methods such as Scrum and Kanban
7. Several years of experience in the field of digitalization projects
8. High customer orientation and strong communication skills
9. Knowledge of collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, MS Teams
10. Fluent written and spoken German and good English skills are an advantage
