Job summary

Julius Baer seeks an experienced Product Owner to lead the evolution of the Position Management and Portfolio Analysis platform on Temenos Triple A. You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, shaping the roadmap and ensuring production readiness across Julius Baer's digital ecosystem.

The role requires collaborating with business partners, architects and engineering teams to deliver high-value capabilities, drive SAFe practices, and champion DevOps to enhance resilience and automation.

Qualifications

5+ years of product ownership or product management experience.
Experience in wealth/asset management or investment operations is ideal.
Strong understanding of portfolio accounting concepts.
Proven track record delivering complex tech projects with Agile.
Experience managing distributed global teams and SAFe environments.
Fluent English, additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

Take end-to-end ownership of the Position Management and Portfolio Analysis platform.
Define and communicate a clear product vision, target state, and multi-year roadmap.
Collaborate with business partners, architects, and engineers to deliver high-value capabilities.
Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release in a SAFe environment.
Act as primary liaison between business and technology stakeholders across geographies.
Champion DevOps and continuous improvement for resilience and automation.
Gatekeeper for UAT ensuring functional, performance, and usability requirements.
