Julius Baer seeks a seasoned leader to drive the Core Position Management and Portfolio Analysis capability, shaping the product and delivery roadmap from a business perspective. You will lead a global team of Product Owners, Business Analysts, and SMEs to align with business priorities, regulatory requirements, and client needs.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–7 years in agile roles within wealth management with at least 3 years as a delivery lead with personnel responsibility.
• Deep understanding of portfolio analysis concepts including position & portfolio valuation and performance measurement.
• In-depth SAFe principles, DevOps practices, and end-to-end delivery for large-scale transformations.
• Experience managing distributed teams in a global, multicultural environment.
• Strong facilitation, conflict-resolution, and executive communication skills.
• Ability to influence without direct authority in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience delivering digital asset views and client reporting in private banking.
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the senior business delivery lead for core position management within the SAFe ART.
• Define and align the stream’s objectives with the digital delivery target landscape.
• Own and steer the stream’s roadmap end-to-end, balancing priorities and regulatory needs.
• Ensure a superior client experience by understanding client needs and maintaining a reliable capability.
• Drive high-quality end-to-end delivery with clear decisions, risk management, and escalation paths.
• Report financials and manage the stream's budget and resources to maximise value.
• Represent the delivery roadmap at senior governance levels and manage dependencies.
• Lead and coach a cross-functional team within SAFe, fostering accountability and improvement.
