Job summary

UBS is seeking a Product Manager to coordinate independently front-to-back fund lifecycle events and manage regulatory changes impacting white label funds across Luxembourg, Switzerland and Ireland. You will join the Product Development & Management team in Switzerland, collaborating with stakeholders along the fund value chain to support product development and lifecycle management.

Fluency in German and English is required, and 3-5 years in the financial funds domain is preferred.

We’re looking for a Product Manager to:

• coordinate independently front-to-back fund lifecycle events with all involved stakeholders
• plan, initiate and coordinate all changes of prospectuses and other fund documents triggered by lifecycle activities and regulatory initiatives for funds domiciled in Luxembourg, Switzerland and Ireland
• lead and support special regulatory and product related projects as subject matter expert
• assume general product management tasks related to the white label funds allocated to you (e.g. data maintenance, regulatory changes, fund shelf review, process design and review).
• support any kind of data management activities required to manage our fund shelf.

The team

You’ll be working in the Product Development & Management team for white labelling funds in Switzerland. We are responsible for managing the white labelling funds across all fund domiciles. As a Product Manager, you'll work closely with all stakeholders along the fund value chain to support product development and product lifecycle management. UBS is one of the leading providers of White Labelling Solutions for traditional and alternative fund structures. For more than 20 years, we have been structuring, launching and administering wide range of investment funds for banks, regulated asset managers and institutional investors.

Your Skills And Experience

• ideally 3-5 years' financial sector experience with a focus on investment funds domiciled in Luxembourg, Switzerland and Ireland
• experience coordinating initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and workstreams
• proactive self-starter who has a keen eye for the details
• strong willingness to learn on the job
• collaborative personality, with the ability to complete tasks independently
• excellent communicator with high standards for client service
• fluency in German and English (mandatory)
• curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver, and optimize workflows. You do this with sound judgment – validating outputs and aligning with policies, risk standards, and ethical use.
