Job summary

UBS is seeking a Product Manager to coordinate independently front-to-back fund lifecycle events and manage regulatory changes impacting white label funds across Luxembourg, Switzerland and Ireland. You will join the Product Development & Management team in Switzerland, collaborating with stakeholders along the fund value chain to support product development and lifecycle management.

Fluency in German and English is required, and 3-5 years in the financial funds domain is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of financial sector experience with funds is expected.
• Strong coordination across multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
• Keen eye for detail and proactive approach.
• Willingness to learn and collaborate with others.
• Excellent client service mindset and communication skills.
• Fluency in German and English required.
• Curiosity about AI to improve workflows with sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate front-to-back fund lifecycle events with all stakeholders.
• Plan and coordinate changes to prospectuses and fund documents for Luxembourg, Switzerland and Ireland domiciled funds.
• Lead and support regulatory and product projects as subject matter expert.
• Manage white label funds including data maintenance, regulatory changes, shelf reviews, and process design.
• Support data management activities to manage our fund shelf.
