Jobbeschreibung

About us

At Odne, we’re transforming endodontics—one of the most complex dental procedures—through cutting-edge technology. Founded in 2018, we’ve developed a revolutionary cleaning system and a light-activated filler that help preserve natural teeth longer. After launching in the U.S. in 2024, we’re scaling fast and looking for passionate team members to grow with us.

The Position

We are seeking a hands-on downstream product manager to support our commercial growth and customer success efforts. This role is ideal for someone with 2-5 years of experience (ideally within an SME in dental or medical), who’s ready to take ownership of key projects, work cross-functionally, and grow into a leadership role over time. The ideal candidate thrives in cross-functional environments and combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. The role is Swiss-based but requires frequent collaboration with our US-based team and customer base, including travel, as well as an opportunity to relocate to the US in 1-2 years. You’ll work closely with our Chief Customer Success Officer and U.S.-based customer support team to drive product adoption, support key accounts, and shape go-to-market strategies.

This is not a senior or executive-level role—we’re looking for someone who’s eager to roll up their sleeves, learn fast, and make an impact.

Tasks
  • Support & help execute go-to-market strategies & sales programs
  • Collaborate on targeted sales & marketing initiatives
  • Create compelling product content and documentation
  • Build strong customer relationships, supporting sales, onboarding/training, and Key Account Management
  • Gather & analyze customer feedback and relay insights to R&D and clinical teams
  • Co-ordinate second-level support with U.S. first-level support
  • Monitor KPIs and recommend improvements or new initiatives
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's or MBA is a plus, but not a required)
  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in product management, marketing, or sales in MedTech, healhcare or technology. Experience in customer-facing roles, such as key account management or sales, is a plus
  • Outstanding Communication: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, especially with key stakeholders, KOLs, and cross-functional teams. Native knowledge of American English or previous US working experience are a big plus.
  • Organization & Tech Proficiency: Self-starter adept at prioritizing tasks, utilizing CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot), and working with general IT tools (Microsoft 365)
  • Travel Readiness: Comfortable travelling to the US for 25%+
Benefits
  • Purposeful Work: Contribute to a solution that improves patient outcomes and enhances quality of life
  • Innovative Environment: Become part of a forward-thinking team shaping the future of dental care
  • Professional Growth: Enjoy a dynamic career path with clear opportunities for advancement
  • Collaborative Culture: Work closely with passionate colleagues dedicated to making a difference
  • Shared Success: Participate in our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) and grow alongside the company

Send us your resume and a short cover letter telling us why you’re excited about Odne and how your experience fits this role. We value efficiency and fairness in our hiring process and look forward to hearing from you!

Please note that for legal reasons, we can only consider candidates of CH or EU nationality or candidates with a valid Swiss work permit.
