Jobgether, based in Switzerland, seeks a Product Manager for Corporate Actions to own end-to-end post-trade operations within a regulated financial infrastructure. You will oversee data quality, vendor relationships, and workflows to ensure timely processing, expanding into new markets and asset classes while maintaining controls and compliance.

You will collaborate with engineering, operations, compliance, tax, finance, and legal teams to translate regulatory needs into product requirements,

Qualifikationen

• Strong practical knowledge of brokerage corporate action processing, including announcements and dates.
• Experience in product management or technical program management in fintech or financial infrastructure.
• Understanding of clearing operations, ledgers, and books/records to inform decisions.
• Excellent collaboration across engineering, operations, compliance, tax, finance, and legal.

Aufgaben

• Define and execute the roadmap for corporate actions processing end-to-end.
• Manage vendor data quality and reliability of announcement validation workflows.
• Design phased automation for corporate actions and pre-reconciliation processes.
• Develop dashboards and monitoring to track processing times, workloads, and credited amounts.
