Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of real engineering experience inside a large industrial organization
• Strong product instincts and ability to translate insights into roadmaps
• Excellent written and verbal communication with structured prioritization
• Experience bringing customers’ needs into product decisions across engineering teams
• Degree in engineering or a related technical discipline; MSc/PhD a plus
• Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus

Aufgaben

• Engage with OEM engineering teams and program managers to understand workflows and unmet needs
• Translate insights into clear product requirements and prioritized roadmaps with Engineering and leadership
• Own the product discovery process including user research and hypothesis validation
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Application Engineering, and Marketing for customer value and viability
• Represent the voice of industrial engineers to keep the product credible and practical
• Track trends in engineering software, simulation, and AI toolings to identify opportunities
