Belimo seeks a Product Management Excellence Manager to strengthen and advance our Product Management capabilities globally. You will build training programs, establish best-in-class practices, and provide frameworks, tools, and insights that help Product Managers succeed throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifikationen

• Formal education in Product Management or a related discipline.
• Proven track record in Product Management and Product Leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of hardware and software products across the lifecycle.
• Experience leading organizational change and implementing new standards and processes.
• Passion for developing people and building capabilities.
• Analytical and systems-thinking mindset with execution focus.

Aufgaben

• Own and continuously develop Belimo’s global Product Management training program with measurable capability growth and business impact.
• Design, implement, and optimize training curricula, learning formats, and coaching approaches.
• Mentor and coach Product Managers as sparring partners in critical business situations.
• Drive evolution and standardization of Product Management processes, templates, and tools.
• Establish KPI frameworks, analytics, and reporting structures for data-driven decisions.
• Analyze portfolio performance and market data to identify opportunities, risks and improvements.
• Support strategic Product Management initiatives and evolution of the Group Product Management function.
