Belimo Automation AG in Switzerland seeks an Application Manager for SAP PP/QM to maintain and improve our SAP production planning and quality management landscape. You will collaborate with process experts, key users, SAP experts, and partners to translate requirements into practical SAP solutions.

You will own PP/QM topics, perform SAP customization, analyze production processes, and support incidents, changes, and rollouts with a structured, improvement-driven mindset.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Deep functional and configuration expertise in SAP PP and QM, with strong understanding of production planning, manufacturing, quality management, and SAP logistics processes.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical SAP solutions and collaborate with stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate requirements into SAP concepts, specifications, and solutions.
• Own SAP PP and QM topics within the SAP logistics environment.
• Perform SAP customizing in PP and QM and lead implementation of new/improved SAP processes.
• Analyze production and quality management processes to identify improvements.
• Handle incidents and change requests in 2nd/3rd level support.
• Create functional/configuration documentation and training materials for key users.
• Prepare ABAP specifications and work with developers during implementation.
• Collaborate with SAP experts, system specialists, and external partners.
• Contribute to projects, rollouts, and optimization initiatives.

Application Manager SAP PP/QM

Summary

As SAP Application Manager PP/QM, you will take responsibility for improving, further developing, and ensuring the stable operation of our SAP Production Planning and Quality Management processes. You will work closely with process experts, key users, internal SAP experts, and external partners to understand requirements, design practical solutions, and ensure stable operation of our SAP landscape.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate closely with internal business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into clear functional concepts, specifications, and SAP solutions.
• Take responsibility for SAP PP and SAP QM topics within our SAP logistics environment.
• Perform SAP customizing in PP and QM and lead the implementation of new or improved SAP processes from an IT application perspective.
• Analyze production and quality management processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Handle questions, incidents, and change requests in 2nd and 3rd level support.
• Create functional documentation, configuration documentation, and training materials to support knowledge transfer to key users and process experts.
• Prepare specifications for ABAP developments and work closely with developers during implementation.
• Collaborate with other SAP experts, system specialists, and external consulting partners.
• Contribute to projects, rollouts, process harmonization, and optimization initiatives.

Who You Are

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Deep functional and configuration expertise in SAP PP and QM, with a strong understanding of production planning, manufacturing, quality management, and related SAP logistics processes.
• Comfortable working closely with key users and process experts, constructively challenging requirements, and translating business needs into practical SAP solutions.
• ABAP debugging skills and ABAP development experience are a strong asset.
• Experience with SAP PP-DS is a strong asset.
• Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) is an asset.
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented mindset combined with a passion for driving continuous improvement.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across global teams; fluent in English (German is an asset) and legally authorized to work in Switzerland.
