Zusammenfassung

Belimo Holding AG is seeking a Product Management Excellence Manager to strengthen and advance Product Management across the organization. You will drive capability building, establish best-in-class practices, and provide frameworks, tools, and insights for Product Managers throughout the lifecycle.

You will work closely with PMs and senior leaders to shape Belimo’s future and contribute to long-term growth and innovation, leading training programs and coordinating change across a global group.

As Product Management Excellence Manager, you play a key role in strengthening and advancing Product Management at Belimo. You drive capability building, establish best-in-class practices, and provide the frameworks, tools, and insights that enable Product Managers to succeed throughout the entire product lifecycle. Working closely with Product Managers and senior leaders, you help shape the future of Product Management and contribute directly to Belimo’s long-term growth and innovation.

What You'll Do

• Own and continuously develop Belimo’s global Product Management training program, ensuring measurable capability growth and business impact across the organization.
• Design, implement, and optimize training curricula, learning formats, and coaching approaches in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Mentor and coach Product Managers, acting as a trusted sparring partner and supporting critical business situations.
• Drive the evolution and standardization of Product Management processes, methodologies, templates, and tools to increase efficiency, consistency, and quality.
• Establish and further develop KPI frameworks, analytics, and reporting structures that enable data-driven portfolio and lifecycle management decisions.
• Analyze portfolio performance, market developments, and lifecycle data to identify opportunities, risks, and improvement areas.
• Support strategic Product Management initiatives and contribute to the continuous evolution of the Group Product Management function.

Who You Are

• Formal education in Product Management or a related discipline, complemented by extensive practical experience in the field.
• Proven track record in Product Management and Product Leadership roles within industrial, B2B, electronics, HVAC, or comparable environments, with broad exposure across the product lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of both hardware and software products and the challenges of managing products throughout their lifecycle.
• Proven experience leading organizational change, driving adoption, and successfully implementing new standards, processes, and ways of working.
• Passion for developing people, building organizational capabilities, and coaching others to achieve sustainable success.
• Analytical and systems-thinking mindset combined with a pragmatic, execution-oriented approach and the ability to translate concepts into action.
