Job summary

Private Flight, a Swiss-based international technology company delivering aviation software, seeks a Head of Product Orchestration to replace traditional sprint management with a Product Flow Cadence Model. This CEO-adjacent role will translate vision into a structured, executable product strategy and align design, engineering, and product teams across Switzerland, New Zealand, and Vietnam.

The role is office-based in Zug, with regular CEO interaction and potential international travel;

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years in product, product architecture, or system design roles.
• Ability to structure ambiguity into clear, executable systems.
• Deep understanding of UX logic, system design, and product workflows.
• Strong understanding of technical constraints and software development processes.
• Commercial awareness with the ability to link product decisions to business outcomes.
• Experience with AI-enabled product development tools (e.g. Claude Code).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage product discovery, flow ownership, coordination and oversight.
• Define features and high-level user stories; draft and finalize Validated Briefs; collaborate with UI/UX design.
• Act as the central integration point across product, design, and engineering across multiple regions.
• Align priorities, execution, and design outputs to a unified product direction.
• Oversee execution quality and delivery, enforce standards, and drive rapid iteration.
• Structure and prioritise the product roadmap, feature sequencing, and tie to revenue growth and customer value.
• Prepare structured briefs and decision frameworks; bridge strategy and execution; scale product development as the company grows.
