Avolta Basel-based Global Product Manager - Operations & Innovation leads the scale-up of proven concepts into scalable capabilities that deliver measurable business value. The role sits within Avolta NEXT and reports to the Managing Director, Basel, with relocation to Zurich Airport planned after Q1 2027.

You will own roadmaps, deployment plans and adoption strategies, partnering with markets, functions and leaders to embed new technologies and ways of working at scale.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum eight to twelve years in product management, innovation, or related transformation roles.
• Proven track record leading multi-country transformation initiatives from concept to deployment.
• Strong ability to translate business challenges into scalable, value-driving solutions.

Aufgaben

• Lead global scale-up of strategic products, operational capabilities and innovation initiatives.
• Own product roadmaps, deployment plans, adoption strategies and value realization.
• Translate business priorities and user needs into clear product requirements and priorities.
• Drive adoption across global, regional and local teams with sustainable change.
• Establish scalable governance and execution cadences balancing accountability and agility.
• Identify best practices and replicate them across markets and units.
• Monitor adoption and business impact across commercial and productivity measures.
• Collaborate with Operations, Data & Analytics, IT, HR and external providers.
• Contribute to broader Avolta NEXT initiatives shaping travel retail and hospitality.
