The role of Head of Product Orchestration is a CEO-adjacent position working with a dynamic and collaborative team across Switzerland, New Zealand, and Vietnam. You will play a pivotal role in shaping how our product is structured, built, and delivered.
This role acts as the central product "control tower", translating CEO-led product vision into a structured, executable approach and ensuring alignment across product, design, and engineering.
This role is fully office-based in Zug, Switzerland, and requires close, regular interaction with the CEO, as well as collaboration across global teams. Some international travel may be required. Applicants who are not willing or able to be office-based will not be considered.
The primary focus of the Head of Product Orchestration is to ensure that all product development is clear, aligned, structured, and executed to a high standard, enabling continuous flow, speed, coherence, and commercial impact.
As Head of Product Orchestration, your key responsibilities include Product discovery, flow ownership, coordination and oversight, feature definition and high-level user story creation, the draft and final Validated Briefs and UI/UX design collaboration.
You will act as the single integration point across product, design, and engineering, aligning teams across Switzerland (Think), New Zealand (Technical and UI/UX guidance and Domain Knowledge) and Vietnam (Build). You will oversee execution quality and delivery, ensuring that all outputs meet a high standard of completeness, consistency, and alignment with defined requirements. This includes managing rapid iteration cycles, enforcing execution standards, and constructively challenging incomplete or misaligned work.
In addition, you will structure and prioritize the product roadmap, feature sequencing, and coordinate execution priorities, ensuring that product outputs are linked to revenue growth, operational efficiency, and customer value.
As a key extension of the CEO, you will prepare structured briefs and decision frameworks, clearly outlining options and trade-offs. You will act as the bridge between strategy and execution, increasing decision velocity and ensuring that product development scales effectively as the company grows.
