Qualifications

• Several years of software engineering experience.
• Strong technical foundation (architecture, tradeoffs, clean engineering).
• You are Product-First — you care about what gets built, not just how.
• Interest in using coding agents (Claude Code, Codex, ...) in development.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement software solutions across various companies in the group with diverse system landscapes.
• Build prototypes, MVPs, and production-ready apps, sometimes independently and sometimes with teams.
• Close collaboration with engineering teams.
• Development and integration of AI-based features.
