Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, software architecture, product development or Secure SDLC.
• At least 3 years hands-on experience in product cybersecurity or application security.

Aufgaben

• Integrate cybersecurity throughout the Secure Software Development Lifecycle for connected medical devices, embedded software, mobile apps, and cloud services.
• Lead threat modeling activities, cybersecurity risk assessments and mitigation planning with global R&D teams.
• Partner with software engineering teams to embed security into development workflows, DevSecOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Coordinate product vulnerability management activities including assessment, prioritization and remediation tracking.
• Support regulatory submissions and quality processes by preparing cybersecurity documentation and evidence.
• Advise engineering, product management, quality, and regulatory teams on practical, risk-based cybersecurity decisions.
• Promote a security-first mindset by coaching teams and driving continuous improvement across R&D.
