Our headquarters is located in Lyss, Bern, with a satellite office in Zurich-Altstetten. In your role as Product Assurance Engineer, you will be working mainly in Zurich or Lyss.

Tasks

• Management and control of the PA tasks performed by the PA disciplines in the assigned projects
• Progress reporting of all PA matters
• Management of audits, critical items, nonconformances and alerts
• Lower-tier supplier control
• Support to the documentation and data control, quality records and to configuration management
• Carry out hardware inspections during integration, testing and final acceptance
• Support to company Quality Management System’s activities

Requirements

• Master’s degree in mechatronics engineering or related field
• 5 years of experience in the international space industry, of which at least 3 in Product Assurance.
• Knowledge of most widely adopted space standards (ECSS, NASA, MIL)
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment
• Customer and solution-oriented (internal & external customers)
• Enjoy challenges and like to go the extra mile
• Very good spoken and written English. German would be a strong asset
