You will own the product-usage analytics lifecycle, perform hands-on data exploration, test hypotheses, and collaborate with Data and Analytics Engineers to model data effectively.

• Deep product understanding and ability to translate usage data into decisions
• Strong analytical track record influencing revenue, product, or GTM decisions
• Comfort with AI tools and staying current with tooling evolution
• Eagerness to grow skills and adopt new methods
• Solid SQL: independently query, join, and explore data
• Python proficiency for analysis, modeling, and automation
• Statistical foundations: experiments, significance, regression, segmentation

Aufgaben

• Understand product usage by collaborating with PMs and analyzing engagement, feature usage, and retention patterns
• Connect usage to outcomes by linking product data with customer and sales data
• Define usage-based signals and health indicators to drive activation and retention
• Be proactive: surface findings and anticipate next questions
• Run experiments and validate signals using sound statistical methods
• Partner with Data & Analytics Engineers to model and warehouse product usage with CRM/sales data
• Tell the story: clearly communicate insights and document caveats and decisions
