Aston Carter supports a leading international life sciences organisation in Basel in its search for an experienced Procurement Manager. You will lead end-to-end procurement for major capital projects, collaborating with engineering, project management and suppliers to ensure successful delivery.

Requirements include 5+ years in procurement, a CAPEX/engineering background, strong negotiation and fluent German and English, plus excellent stakeholder management.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of procurement experience.
• Strong background in CAPEX, engineering, construction, manufacturing and/or automation procurement.
• Proven experience managing supplier negotiations and sourcing activities.
• Fluent German and English.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Analytical, detail-oriented and commercially minded.
• Comfortable operating in a dynamic project environment.

Aufgaben

• Lead RFQ and tender processes for engineering, construction and equipment packages.

We're currently supporting a leading international life sciences organisation in the search for an experienced Procurement Manager to join a high-performing engineering procurement team.

In this role, you will manage end-to-end procurement activities for major capital investment projects, working closely with engineering, project management and supplier stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

• Start: ASAP
• Initial contract until 31 October 2027 (high chances of extension)
