Responsibilities

Process purchase requisitions, orders, and invoices using ERP systems

Manage contracts and tenders administratively

Conduct non-complex tenders

Handle warranties, acceptance protocols, and insurance documentation

Support procurement activities for projects and business-related requests

Execute smaller procurement tasks (ad hoc, call-off, reactive / planned)

Ensure procurement compliance with category specifications, policies, and contracts

Collaborate with stakeholders to implement appropriate procurement processes

Requirements

Completed 3-year apprenticeship in office communications

Minimum 3 years of procurement experience

Strong communication skills and business requirement understanding

Proficiency in procurement systems and tools (, SAP, e-contracting)

Excellent command of German and English
