Zusammenfassung

Seargin is hiring for a data-driven procurement professional to optimize payment terms and master data governance. You will analyze supplier agreements, reconcile SAP records, and drive data quality improvements across Finance, Procurement, and AP teams.

You will partner with Category Managers to identify renegotiation opportunities, track progress, and present findings to stakeholders. Strong Excel and SAP experience are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, procurement, finance, accounting, or related.
• +5 years in procurement, supply chain, finance, master data, or accounts payable.
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, Power Query preferred).
• Experience in both structured projects and evolving implementations.
• Strong data quality and attention to detail.
• Experience with SAP MM and/or FI modules.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Aufgaben

• Compare supplier payment terms in SAP against contractual terms.
• Identify discrepancies between vendor master data and contracts.
• Support correction of payment terms in SAP for alignment with contracts.
• Maintain reconciliation docs and ensure data quality.
• Monitor recurring data quality issues and suggest process improvements.
• Develop reports and KPIs for payment terms alignment and governance.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Master Data, and Accounts Payable teams to resolve issues.
