Job summary

Aristo Group in Lucerne, Switzerland, seeks a Senior Process Engineer to lead operational excellence initiatives across manufacturing and business processes in a GMP-regulated setting.

You will drive Lean/Six Sigma projects, establish KPIs, and develop dashboards while coordinating across Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to ensure sustainable improvements and operational readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Business Operations, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, IT, or related field.
• Experience in Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Digital Transformation, Performance Management, or Data Analytics within a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, Standard Work, and process optimization methodologies.
• Experience with KPI development, dashboards, business intelligence tools, and data-driven decision-making.
• Understanding of GMP-regulated biopharmaceutical manufacturing, quality systems, SOPs, and inspection readiness.
• Safety certification (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, Swiss Safety Officer) preferred.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional improvement and safety initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, coaching, and influencing skills.
• Excellent English communication skills and ability to work independently in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
