For one of our clients in the French speaking part of Switzerland, in Geneva, we are recruiting an Process Documentation Manager who is open-minded and client-oriented, is passionate about his work, who believes in success and has a strong team spirit. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and own the framework for process documentation ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Engage with stakeholders across IT and business teams to map and analyse current-state processes.
  • Identify and propose opportunities for process improvement, automation, and AI integration.
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of process documentation using tools like Visio, ensuring it remains relevant and actionable.
  • Lead workshops and facilitate discussions to gather process inputs and validate outputs with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with analysts and IT teams to define requirements for automation initiatives.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to analysts working on process documentation.


Required Skills and Experience:
  • 8+ years of experience in process design and documentation, preferably within IT or a related environment.
  • Strong expertise in process modelling tools (e.g., Visio) and familiarity with AI-driven process tools (e.g., Nintex, UiPath, or others).
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, managing complex documentation projects with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong critical thinking skills and an ability to identify and articulate improvement opportunities.
  • Demonstrable experience in ITIL/ITSM practices and the use of ITSM tools
  • Experience working in or supporting commodity trading or similar industries is a plus.
  • Fluent English


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certification in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma).
  • Experience with AI-driven process generation and automation technologies.
  • ITIL V3 / V4 Foundation or above
