Probate, Estate, and Trust Administration Attorney (Part Time/Remote)
Our expanding law firm is seeking a part-time probate, trust, and estate administration attorney. The ideal candidate will have experience in estate planning, probate, and trust administration, along with strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Responsibilities include preparing estate planning documents such as wills, trusts, and powers of attorney, managing probate and trust administration matters, and advising clients throughout the estate process. Applicants must be licensed to practice law in the State of New York, have a solid understanding of estate planning and probate laws, and possess excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
