Job summary

EnerTrans Switzerland AG, Niedergösgen, is seeking a proactive Business Support (m/f/d) to join our finance and project administration team. You will validate project data in SAP Fiori and support invoicing and financing control.

In this role you will assist accounts receivable, dunning, and contract records in Planon, while helping train staff and ensuring accurate monthly tasks. Fluency in German is essential and English is a plus.

Qualifications

Mandatory knowledge of SAP FI/CO and SAP Fiori.
Very good German skills in spoken and written form.
Commercial or administrative basic training; experience in project environment is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Conduct quality and completeness checks of project information in SAP Fiori and approve project initiation.
Support in project administration (initiation, completion, guarantees, notices, letters, 15 stop points, filing).
Prepare and process external and internal customer invoices.
Conduct financing control with SAP and SAP Fiori.
Support accounts receivable management and dunning processes.
Record orders and match supplier invoices with orders.
Record and implement contracts in Planon.
Assist Financial Business Partner with monthly tasks and processes.
Train operational staff in the responsible area.
Serve as contact for the time recording tool.
