We are looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial thinking Senior Investment Professional to join our Private Equity Secondaries Investment Team to be based in the Zurich area (Pfäffikon SZ) or London . Diverse applications are welcome.

Sourcing secondary transactions by identifying attractive managers, companies and potential sellers;

Transaction processing : lead and organize all the steps of a transaction from sourcing to closing while coordinating deal execution with various teams within the organization;

Lead due diligence including modeling, reference calls, comparable analysis, etc. with full ownership of the output including preparation of the Investment Memo;

Support the wider platform where needed on non-related transaction projects or other teams (primaries, co-invest, infra, private credit).

Requirements

Min. 10 years of private equity investment experience;

University degree (masters) in business, management, finance, engineering or other major with MBA from a top university;

Team player with strong interpersonal and client-facing skills;

Proficient English is a prerequisite, any additional language is a plus;

Ability to work on several time-constrained projects at the same time.

Home Office : after the successful probation period you will meet your colleagues three days in the office and have the option to work two days a week in the home office in Switzerland. Additionally you get a Home Office allowance ;
