Job Description
Set-up of investment funds and managed accounts (in respect of open-ended and closed-ended private equity, private credit, infrastructure, real estate funds, fund-of-funds or separate managed accounts offerings typically domiciled in Luxembourg, Ireland, Delaware, Cayman Islands, etc.) including the general project management, fund structuring, drafting of fund offering documents and negotiations with potential investors on terms and conditions in cooperation with external tax and legal advisers;
The job is either based in the Pfäffikon (SZ), Dublin or the London offices.
Requirements
Law degree from top university, LLM or business administration education is a plus;
5+ years professional experience in a fund formation role in the financial industry or law firm with a focus on private market products, a basic understanding of investment tax matters is a plus;
English on a proficient level (including strong legal drafting skills);
Good communication skills and a strong ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines and to manage complex projects with a large number of stakeholders;
Self-motivated, pro-active, efficient team player with an independent working style, focused on pragmatic solutions with sufficient attention to the details and maintaining a strong client service orientation at all times.
