Job summary

ACL Partners in Zug is seeking a top-calibre Private Equity Associate to join its investment team. The role offers broad exposure across the full investment lifecycle, working closely with senior professionals on new transactions and portfolio company development.

You will build and analyse financial models, conduct company and market assessments, coordinate due diligence, prepare investment memos, and support portfolio companies on value creation.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of direct buy-side private equity experience mandatory.
• Strong financial modelling, valuation and analytical skills.
• Commercial mindset with genuine interest in investing and building businesses.

Responsibilities

• Support private equity transactions from screening through execution and exit.
• Build and analyse financial models, valuations and investment cases.
• Conduct detailed company, market and competitive analysis.
• Coordinate due diligence workstreams (commercial, financial, legal).
• Prepare investment memos for investment committee discussions.
• Assist with sourcing and evaluation of new opportunities.
• Support portfolio companies on strategic initiatives and value creation.
