Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management or a comparable client-facing role.
• Strong knowledge of private banking products and services across investments, securities, FX, cash management, payments and lending.
• Fluent English; German and any other language is a plus.
• KYC, AML and regulatory requirements understanding.

Aufgaben

• Manage and deepen an existing portfolio of private banking clients and intermediary relationships, ensuring proactive, high-touch service.
• Build long-term relationships by understanding clients’ financial needs and evolving circumstances.
• Identify opportunities to grow assets under management and broaden relationships with banking and investment solutions.
• Coordinate client transactions across investments, payments, trading, liquidity, and lending-related needs.
• Support onboarding and lifecycle management, including documentation and account maintenance.
• Ensure KYC/AML and client records are maintained accurately.
• Oversee operational matters including payments, transfers and client reporting.
• Collaborate with teams across investment, lending, compliance, legal, treasury and operations.
• Connect clients with specialists across the organisation to strengthen engagement.
