LGT Bank Switzerland is seeking a professional receptionist to warmly welcome clients, support guests and ensure a superior, discreet service experience within a premier private bank in Zürich.

You will manage the cash desk operations, coordinate meetings, handle calls and messages, and perform everyday administrative tasks in collaboration with the Private Banking Service teams to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifikationen

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification, preferably within the banking sector.
• Several years of professional experience in a reception, cash desk or client-facing role in banking or financial services.
• Strong client orientation, professional and discreet manner.

Aufgaben

• Welcoming and assisting clients and guests with a high-service, discreet approach.
• Operate cash desk: handle cash deposits/withdrawals, identity verification, documentation, and safe deposit area.
• Manage reception operations: handle calls and messages, direct enquiries, ensure timely follow-up.
• Coordinate meetings and prepare rooms, assist clients during visits, manage mail flow.
• Carry out administrative tasks and liaise with Private Banking Service teams for smooth operations.
