Job summary

EF Zurich is seeking a Print Marketing Director (maternity cover) to lead our offline marketing programme across 45 global markets. You will own direction, budget, resourcing and delivery of print materials, and spearhead AI-enabled processes for content production.

• Minimum 8+ years of print marketing/production leadership.
• Experience across multi-market print materials (brochures, magazines, catalogs).
• Budget management and stakeholder coordination experience.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled content workflows is a plus.

• Lead offline print marketing programmes across multiple markets and manage a team of up to 10.
• Oversee budgets, suppliers, schedules, and production quality from concept to print.
