Job summary

EF Education AG is seeking an Editorial Project Manager to join our in-house creative studio in Zürich. This role focuses on overseeing the day-to-day production of print marketing projects, ensuring timely content creation and production of brochures, catalogs, and annual reports.

You will coordinate designers and copywriters, maintain high editorial standards, and manage tight deadlines while collaborating across editorial, creative, and production teams.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in editorial project management.
• Experience with print-focused projects such as catalogs, magazines, annual reports, brochures.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive and structured under pressure.
• Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day production of print marketing projects from brief to delivery.
• Coordinate designers and copywriters to tight deadlines.
• Create and maintain project timelines across editorial, creative, production, translation, and markets.
• Ensure content quality and alignment with brand guidelines.
