Job summary

EF Education First AG is seeking an experienced Print Marketing Director to lead Language Abroad’s offline marketing programme during a maternity cover from November 2026 to August 2027. You will own direction, budget, resourcing and delivery across global markets, managing a team of up to 10 and coordinating with creative teams, stakeholders and suppliers.

The role is fully in-office in Zürich and requires 8+ years in high-volume print production.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience leading complex print marketing programmes.
• Experience with brochures, magazines and other high-volume print materials.
• Experience managing budgets, suppliers and deadlines.
• Experience leading editorial workflows and localization.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage resources.
• Experience introducing AI/automation in publishing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual print programme from planning to production and season close.
• Set priorities and quality standards across print materials.
• Manage project plan, milestones and production dates.
• Act as senior contact for markets and stakeholders.
• Lead budget, suppliers and production oversight.
• Oversee recruitment and onboarding of freelancers.
• Design and implement AI-enabled content-production processes.
• Ensure final quality sign-off and on-time delivery.
• Manage printer contracts, paper orders and delivery risks.
