EF Language Abroad, based in Switzerland, Zürich, seeks an Editorial Project Manager to lead the production of print marketing materials, coordinating designers and writers to ensure timely delivery from brief to final output.

This role requires 3–4 years in editorial project management, a meticulous eye for detail, and strong communication across international teams; it is an in-office position with opportunities to influence brand quality.

Formación

• 3–4 years of experience in editorial project management, focused on print catalogs, magazines, brochures, or similar

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day production of print marketing projects from brief to delivery.
• Coordinate designers and copywriters to meet tight deadlines.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans and timelines for brochures, letters, flyers, and offline materials.
• Maintain high editorial standards and quality control aligned with brand guidelines.
• Communicate project status to internal stakeholders with regular updates.
• Collaborate with the Print Production Manager and Print Marketing Director to align editorial and production schedules.
